Coenzyme Q10 is one of the strongest fat soluble antioxidants currently available.
As a transmitter of electrodes in the mitochondrial respiratory chain, it plays a fundamental role in the generation of more than 90% of the body’s energy, being indicated for the prevention of aging, improvement of cardiac function and physical performance.
Most mitochondria (cellular potencies) are contained within the muscles of the heart, where Coenzyme Q10 is successfully used in case of heart failure, in addition to stress, exhaustion and tiredness.
Almost all diseases cause energy deficiency, so Coenzyme Q10 is highly recommended.
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water or juice (at least 200 ml). Ideally taken before a main meal.
