Griffonia is described by some as the “natural anti-depressant“, consisting of African black bean seeds which contains a high content of L-5 hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP).

It is used for the synthesis of serotonin and also for the synthesis of melatonin, being faster and more efficient its conversion.

This plant plays an important role, providing calm and good mood, being an asset in cases of stress, anxiety, mental relaxation and maintenance of natural sleep.

Ingredients: 100mg of 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP).

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and microcrystalline cellulose.

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavors, GMO-free, soy, artificial coloring and preservatives.

It is recommended to start with a low dosage of 1 capsule daily and slowly increase this to 3 capsules daily. Take 3 capsules daily with sufficient water with a carbohydrate-rich meal, do not chew.
