Milk Thistle is produced from the standardized extract of milk thistle seeds (Silybum marianum), containing a high-dose tri-complex with a standardized silymarin content of 80%, artichoke root extract and dandelion root.

The main application of milk thistle is in the treatment of liver disorders, due to one of its constituents, Silymarin.

The natural active ingredient silymarin is used in traditional naturopathy to stimulate liver and bile metabolism and support normal liver function by promoting the regenerative capacity of the liver.

This substance acts directly on liver cells that are damaged due to excess toxic substances, such as alcohol, regenerating them and preventing further damage. Thus, milk thistle can be used to help treat cirrhosis, hepatitis or fatty liver.

It has anti-inflammatory, astringent, digestive, diuretic, regenerating and antiseptic properties, and can be used to help treat migraines, nausea, varicose veins, spleen or gallbladder problems.

By facilitating the functioning of the liver, it helps in the elimination of toxins and, therefore, is often used in conjunction with diets to help with the weight loss process and to help the person adapt better to increased physical activity.

Ingredients: 250mg milk thistle seed extract (of which (80%) 200mg silymarin), 200mg artichoke extract (of which (5%) 10mg cynarin) and 75mg dandelion root extract (of which ( 1%) 75ug of flavones)

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC).

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavors, non-GMO, soy, artificial colors and preservatives.

To take 1 capsule daily with enough water, do not chew.
