Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin and is therefore not stored in the body in significant quantities.
As an antioxidant, vitamin C protects the body from oxygen radicals and is involved in the production of collagen, which is necessary for the formation of connective tissue, bone and cartilage, as well as skin function.
It also stimulates the immune system and increases iron absorption from food.
Suitable for vegans.
Iingredients: 1000mg of Vitamin C and 10mg of Zinc.
Other ingredients: Acidifier: citric acid. Acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate Consistency: sorbitol and starch. Sweeteners: sodium cyclamate. Aromas: zinc sulfate, beetroot juice powder, sodium saccharin, colored riboflavin-5-phosphate.
To take 1 tablet per day with plenty of water – 200ml.
