Ingredients: 450mg Reishi powder.
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

To take 2 capsules twice a day with plenty of still water (at least 200ml). Ideally before a main meal.
