Submissions

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. The average shipping time is as defined below (please consider more days if it is necessary to go through customs and if you have chosen a pre-order item, this period only starts after shipping):
Shipping costs are free to Portugal for orders over €30, otherwise a cost of €4.50 is included. For Europe, shipping is free for orders over €60, otherwise €8 will be added.

Shipping and exchange of our products is done via CTT to mainland Portugal, islands and all of Europe.
Shipping time is 1 to 2 business days for mainland Portugal and 4 to 5 business days for the Islands.
For Europe, delivery time is 4 to 8 working days.

Delivery is made from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you are not at home, we recommend that you provide an alternative address. If you choose to refuse your order you will be responsible for any fees that may incur and shipping costs for sending the order to our Portuguese address. This amount will be removed when we refund your order. If the costs are greater than the cost of your order, it will be cancelled.
We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please bear in mind that the customer is responsible for paying any taxes that are imposed by the country of origin for the country of destination. No fees will be applied to orders that are delivered to countries within the European Union.
Please check all personal and shipping details carefully when completing your order as IKKUAL has no responsibility for lost orders due to incorrect telephone number, incorrect address or door number.

Returns

Returns are free. The items you wish to return must arrive at our store within a maximum period of 14 days after you receive them. You must fill out the free resolution form template. You will receive a refund, within 1 to 7 days, of the value of your purchase once the parts have been returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free. To make an exchange, simply contact us (info@ikkual.com) and we will exchange the product you want.
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to exchange your products.
