Vitamin C and zinc promote collagen production.
Ingredients: 375mg glucosamine sulfate 2KCl, 150mg chondroitin sulfate, 100mg methylsulfonylmethane (of which 34mg sulfur), 20mg vitamin C, 3mg vitamin E, 2.5mg zinc and 0.6mg manganese.
Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Humectant: Glycerin and Purified Water.
Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavors, GMO-free, soy, nuts, artificial coloring and preservatives.
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening daily to a meal with plenty of warer or juice.
